Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Market Research Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in market research and competitive intelligence, with a strong background in consumer products and FMCG.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the consumer products industry.
Develop and implement research methodologies to gather data and insights on consumer behavior and preferences.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues impacting business operations.
Provide actionable recommendations to senior management based on research findings.

Job Requirements

Strong interviewing, research, analytical, and writing skills are essential.
Professional presentation and communication skills are required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
Strong English language skills are a must.
Experience working with primary research methods and techniques is preferred.
Knowledge of the consumer products industry and FMCG sector is highly desirable.
A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com.), Arts (B.A.), or Business Administration (BBA) is preferred; an MBA is a plus.
Candidates should be able to work evening and night shifts as needed for projects involving primary research in the United States and other geographies.
