Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Market Research Analyst to join our team in the Chemical Engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in market research and competitive intelligence, with strong skills in primary research, secondary research, analytical research, communication, and presentation.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities in the chemicals/materials industry.
Develop and implement effective research strategies to gather information on market dynamics and competitor activity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations on business development and growth.
Identify and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry experts.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
Develop and maintain databases and reports to track market trends and competitor activity.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required; MBA is preferred.
Strong skills in primary research, secondary research, analytical research, communication, and presentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data sets.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
Flexibility to work in different time shifts.
Ability to identify and develop the right set of respondents for conducting primary research.
