Market Development Executive

You will be responsible for managing the onboarding process of overseas education agents as partners. This includes identifying, evaluating, and recruiting potential agents, as well as developing and implementing effective onboarding strategies to ensure a smooth integration of new partners. You will also conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance agent knowledge and skills. In addition, you will be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with existing agent partners. This involves proactively addressing agent queries and concerns, as well as organizing regular communication and engagement activities to foster strong partnerships. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company's services and attract new agents. This includes creating marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and digital content, as well as participating in industry events and conferences to network and generate leads. You will also be required to conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, as well as analyze market data to inform strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to provide support and guidance, as well as assist in generating sales leads and closing deals. The ideal candidate for this role should have 2-3 years of experience in Market Development from the Overseas Education Industry.
