Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role.
• The role involves managing day-to-day payment processing and assisting international students and their families in completing education payments.
• Responsibilities include handling customer queries, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining up-to-date records of transactions.
• The candidate will work closely with a team of payment professionals to deliver exceptional service and support in processing transactions efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling payment processing and financial transactions
• Customer service and support experience
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial sector
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong communication skills in English and additional language proficiency is a plus
• Previous experience with financial technology platforms is beneficial
