As a Student Coordinator, your role involves coordinating between the centers and universities to ensure smooth communication and operations. You will organize counseling programs and review reports to track student progress, making recommendations as necessary. It is essential to involve students' parents or guardians in intervention procedures when required. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate between centers and universities effectively. - Organize counseling programs for students. - Review current and past reports of students to assess progress. - Involve parents or guardians in student development. - Handle telesales and demonstrate a sound understanding of university offerings. Qualifications Required: - Good convincing and communication skills. - Ability to achieve targets individually and as part of a team. - Experience in solving student queries and implementing student relationship programs. - Proficiency in achieving sales targets through marketing campaigns. - Key skills include achieving sales targets, customer relations, personnel management, and process improvement. - Results-oriented with multi-operations management and effective coaching abilities. The company offers a full-time job with day and morning shifts, along with a quarterly bonus. The preferred education requirement is a Bachelor's degree, and candidates with 1 year of total work experience and counseling experience are preferred. The work location is in person.
