Position Purpose The role is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of vendor and collection agency onboarding, billing, cost provisioning, and compliance for the retail and credit card collections portfolio. The position ensures alignment with internal and external stakeholders, regulatory compliance, timely execution of key processes, and support during internal and external audits. Key Responsibilities Manage the onboarding of vendors and collection agencies, including activation of EDC IDs in VMS and Mobicule systems. Oversee the billing process for all retail and credit card collection vendors, including invoice processing through BAZ and maintaining accurate cost provisioning. Coordinate onboarding of collection agents into the VMS system to ensure readiness for field operations. Ensure timely preparation and dissemination of MIS reports, including billing data, vendor tracker updates, and EDC status reports. Handle uploads of new vendor data on the bank's internal site to ensure up-to-date information is maintained. Respond to and resolve telephonic and email-based queries from collection managers related to agency and agent onboarding. Manage governance and compliance activities including ADOC processes for vendor onboarding and EDC management. Coordinate with legal, compliance, and procurement teams for timely renewal and documentation of vendor agreements. Qualifications and Experience Essential Qualification Graduate in Banking and Financial Management Preferred Qualification MBA or Postgraduate degree in Banking and Finance Essential Experience Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in collection operations or vendor management Preferred Experience Over 10 years of experience in retail and credit card collections with exposure to vendor governance Competency Requirements Technical Competencies Should demonstrate strong operational excellence with a focus on reducing turnaround time and improving process efficiency. Must have a solid background in retail lending and collection processes. Proficiency in systems like VMS, Mobicule, and BAZ is required.
