Key Responsibilities:Market Outreach & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through on-ground marketing, local promotions, and community events. Generate and qualify leads to achieve weekly and monthly target goals. Brand Promotion & Awareness: Represent the brand at field events, exhibitions, or campaigns with professionalism and enthusiasm. Distribute marketing materials and effectively communicate brand value propositions. Sales Support & Conversion: Collaborate with sales teams to convert qualified leads into customers. Maintain a strong follow-up mechanism to ensure lead nurturing and conversion. Market Research & Feedback: Collect and report feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Suggest actionable insights to improve marketing strategies. Target Achievement & Reporting: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly marketing and sales targets. Prepare performance reports and present updates to management regularly. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and presentation abilities. Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Ability to work independently and handle field challenges effectively. Basic knowledge of sales and marketing tools (CRM, data tracking, etc.).
