The role of Executive / Senior Executive – Marine HR (Operations) offers the opportunity to support vessel manning, crew change coordination, and compliance processes for a diverse fleet.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute timely, cost-effective crew changes for assigned vessels.
• Ensure all crew documentation, licenses, and certificates remain valid and compliant.
• Handle medical cases and repatriations in coordination with company doctors and port agents.
• Manage COMPAS updates, crew records, and monthly reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with manning offices and operations teams to maintain efficient crew planning and budgeting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–6 years of experience in Marine HR Operations / Crew Operations or Crew Management.
• Strong understanding of vessel manning procedures, certification requirements, and crew change logistics.
• Proficiency in COMPAS or similar marine HR software preferred.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
