Technician 1 ( Manassas, VA- Onsite)

Major Responsibilities:

We
are looking for Production Operators who will be responsible for operatingequipment and ensuring quality output. You will need to take initiatives inmaintaining overall production efficiencies of assigned workstations, loggingthe machines when necessary and communicating to the appropriate personnel.Your responsibilities include supporting a safe work environment by followingsafety procedures and promptly reporting identified hazards. We encourageapplicants with a positive and growth attitude to join our dynamic team!Performs current Production Operator responsibilities and duties within a Faborganization as well as outlined technical tasks.

Strong

Ability
to stand and work on feet for 12-hour shifts

Capable
of lifting up to 25 pounds safely

Basic

Location:
Manassas, Virginia

Shift
Schedule: Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6:45 AM to 7:00 PM

Required
attire: closed-toed shoes and long pants

Interviews
will be through Zoom

Technical
tasks will vary from area to area and may include monitoring and responding toSPC charts, responding to failed tool quals, processing engineering targets,SWRs and other tests, monitoring and collecting data, dispositioning lots,troubleshooting tool errors and recovery and other similar responsibilities.Demonstrate ability to use computer-based programs and applications to performdaily duties. Run equipment based on current process specifications (e.g.procedures, change notifications, etc.). Organize own workstations and ensuring6S. Make suggestions to improve quality and safety.

Participate
actively in assigned on-the-job and other required training, asking questionsto increase knowledge and abilities.

Complete
certification requirements by demonstrating understanding and abilities.Receive and understand pass down, providing clear, accurate, and detailed passdown. Seek and provide feedback to leadership, coworker, and support groups tomake positive changes in performance. Offer suggestions towards improvementswhen appropriate.

Always
seek clarification when in doubt. Identify and promptly report hazards. Followsafety protocols. Use accurate lifting techniques and work in an ergonomicallymanner

Complete
Certification and Recertification. 0-3 years of experience
