The Technician 1 - Innovation and Custom Design is responsible for supporting improvement, implementing and maintaining manufacturing methods, techniques, processes. This position reports to the Team Lead - Innovation and Custom Design and is part of the Engineering team located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Communicate with customers and sales representatives for alignment on the design and manufacturing requirements. Preparing guiding documents for manufacturing reagents, preparing test procedures and reports. Perform Dose-titrations and experiments in supporting investigations and analysis of the data. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelors in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology with 1 or 2-years experience and/or Masters in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology with 0 - 2 years experience. Understanding of Flow cytometry It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Flow cytometry testing - Single color and multi color
