Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Supervisor, located in Chakan. The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to production schedules, and monitor the quality of output. Responsibilities include supervising a team, coordinating production planning, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves continuous communication with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and production targets are met.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills and Communication abilities
Experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations
Knowledge of Quality Control processes
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience in a metal fabrication or similar manufacturing environment is a plus
