Job Description

As a Plant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for achieving plant targets, maintaining Plant 5S standards, and achieving targets for Copper loss and PVC loss. You will also need to ensure that Plant System certifications such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 are maintained and take necessary actions to uphold these standards. Maintaining consumable stock levels, controlling manpower hours, conducting root cause analysis for any defects, and providing training to your subordinates are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be required to work towards achieving Plant Efficiency and Utilization targets and prepare daily MIS reports with detailed analysis.
