Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Manufacturing Manager to oversee daily production operations, ensure product quality, and manage the manufacturing team effectively. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, hands-on production experience, and the ability to communicate fluently in Punjabi to coordinate effectively with workers and local staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and inventory management.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, safety standards, and company policies.
• Supervise and train production staff, ensuring high performance and discipline on the shop floor.
• Monitor machinery and equipment for optimal performance and coordinate maintenance as required.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement process optimizations for better efficiency and reduced waste.
• Maintain proper documentation of production reports, raw material usage, and output.
• Collaborate with quality assurance, logistics, and procurement departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Communicate effectively with factory workers and supervisors in Punjabi to ensure clarity in instructions and workplace harmony.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand Punjabi.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
