Manage plant budgets, monitor performance metrics, and report on progress. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of processes. Troubleshoot Greenfield/Brownfield project Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years in manufacturing operations, preferably in the specialty chemicals industry. Proven leadership skills with the knack for managing and developing a diverse team. Quick thinker and problem solver. Interest in building for a sustainable future. Great at delegation and getting everyone on the same page.
