Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring high-quality output and on-time delivery Drive process improvements using Lean principles and cost optimization strategies Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and welding standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Quality, and Planning Implement production planning, workforce allocation, and inventory control systems Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Mentor, lead, and motivate plant teams for performance and efficiency Desired Candidate Profile B.E. Mechanical with 15–20 years of experience in heavy fabrication manufacturing Strong technical knowledge of fabrication, welding, and machining processes Demonstrated leadership in managing plant operations and large teams Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing and process improvement initiatives Excellent decision-making, communication, and team-building skills Must be based in or willing to relocate to Vadodara with family (Mandatory) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Fabrication: 10 years (Preferred) Sheet metal: 10 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
