Job_Description":" Prepare PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, Line Balancingas per Takt Time and Operation Standards for both Vehicle Assembly. Conduct Time Study, Identify the NVAs, propose the solutions to eliminate the NVA, and Sign off with the production supervisor. Determine equipment, materials, and manpower required to meet production demand. Work closely with senior stakeholders for project review, status, and course corrections or improvements related to production. Work closely with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and Quality during all phases of product development to optimize designs for cost, performance, manufacturability, service, and reliability. Identify cost reduction projects in operations, develop solutions to optimize the process. Work closely with the design and engineering team to optimize new and existing assembly issues. Support production team to achieve KPI - Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety Monitor project status and ensure timely delivery. Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines. Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities. Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly Responsible to do cycle time study (MOST ) Responsible to lead ISO 9001 activity for manufacturing Responsible to implement low cost automation to improve quality, delivery & cost. Requirements B.E / Diploma with 4-8 Years of experience in vehicle assembly manufacturing engineering Good knowledge on latest technologies in EV industry.
