Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop infrastructure for
New Product Development (NPD)
and ensure effective implementation.
Identify and execute
waste elimination projects
to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Analyze existing processes and drive
process capability improvements
.
Design and enhance
manufacturing layouts
for higher productivity and efficiency.
Develop
robust processes for new products
and continuously improve existing ones.
Coordinate effectively with
cross-functional teams
by leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong knowledge of
Process Engineering
.
Ability to
develop and optimize manufacturing layouts
.
Exposure to
Capex Planning and Execution
.
Hands-on experience in
Productivity Improvement initiatives
.
Good exposure to
Heat Treatment Processes
.
Proficiency in
manufacturing processes
such as Turning, Centerless Grinding, etc.
Fair knowledge of
GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
.
Good knowledge of
cutting tools and tooling systems
for turning and grinding.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Diploma ,B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical.
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in heat treatment processes, manufacturing processes,
GD&T
