Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of 3D printers, CNC machines (3/4/5 Axis), lathe machines, EDM, and various manufacturing processes.
Hands-on experience with at least three of the above-mentioned machines, with exposure to different materials and an in-depth knowledge of material-based manufacturing techniques.
Proficient in CAD/CAM software such as Autodesk Fusion and SolidWorks, with the ability to generate precise tool paths for manufacturing.
Skilled in planning and executing production schedules, with regular monitoring and review on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Capable of working independently as well as in teams of mechanical engineers to ensure seamless production processes and timely achievement of manufacturing targets.
Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams to support smooth shift operations, encouraging open communication, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
Committed to strict adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
Prior experience in the space and aerospace domain.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Mechanical is mandatory.
