Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, analyze, and optimize process performance across automated and semi-automated production lines.
Identify opportunities for automation and implement new technologies to improve productivity and reduce manual interventions.
Conduct machine parameter setting, tuning, and validation for automation systems and equipment.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation for recurring production and quality issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Design — for process standardization and improvement.
Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new automation equipment or upgrades.
Drive OEE improvement through continuous process monitoring and data-driven decision-making.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards during process changes.
Document process improvements, update SOPs, and provide training to operating teams.
