Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Machine/ tooling development and Process Stabilization for New and Existing Products
Should have expert knowledge in Tool design/development
Machine selection & Equipment specifications.
PFMEA study, PPAP, PFD, PFC, Time & Motion Study etc.
Design Approval for Toolings & Gauges.
Provide design concept for gauges at Vendors end and technical support for tooling and process issues.
Machine selection and runoff of new equipments.
Responsible for design and development of Tooling -Stamping/ SPM tooling
Adequate knowledge of process design, product and process development.
Suitable candidate should lead all process development & implementation activity while coordinating with CFT within plant & overseas technical centers. He should work on towards improvement towards manufacturing process & cost improvement activities

Preferred candidate profile

05 to 08 Years of Experience in ME/PE in a similar industry and preferably in Radiator, EGR Manufacturing & Development
Qualifications
- B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering
