Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify areas of manufacturing bottlenecks and improve continuously

Work on plant layout and find ways to optimize continuously

Improving manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, lean manufacturing, Poke-Yoke methodology and VSM

Perform the time and method study on various process and define standard way of working

Knowledge on SPM and low cost automations

Design the workstations based on the standard way of working

Identify VA/NVA in the manufacturing processes and eliminate continuously

Work with line leaders/Supervisors & trainer to improve the processes

Identifying the tools and machinery needed to improve the processes

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification - B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial

Experience - Min 3 years in Manufacturing Industry

Hands on Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Line Balancing, Plant Layout, Time and method study, Poka-Yoke Methodology and Value Stream Mapping, SPM and Low Cost Automations
