Role Overview

Manufacturing Chemist

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee 

  manufacturing operations

   for tablets, capsules, liquid orals, and external preparations.
• Ensure 

  strict adherence to WHO-GMP

   guidelines and support in preparation for 

  EU-GMP/PIC/S audits

  .
• Maintain and review 

  Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs)

   and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Supervise production staff, allocate resources, and maintain documentation for audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance at all stages of production.
• Implement 

  process improvements

   to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:

   B.Pharm / M.Pharm (mandatory as per Drugs & Cosmetics Act).

• Experience:

   Minimum 

  10 years

   in P

  harma Plant Manufacturing

   (across tablets, capsules, liquid oral, external preparations).

• WHO-GMP exposure

   is essential; 

  EU-GMP audit experience preferred

  .
• Strong knowledge of 

  Pharma regulatory compliance, audits, and documentation

  .
• Proven ability to 

  lead teams and manage large-scale plant operations

  .

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 

  10% increment from current package
