About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Manufacturing Chemist to manage and supervise pharmaceutical production activities. The ideal candidate will ensure all manufacturing processes comply with GMP standards, production targets, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations for tablets, capsules, or liquid formulations.
• Ensure all production activities are carried out as per batch manufacturing records (BMR) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain GMP, safety, and documentation standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Monitor process parameters, yield, and equipment performance during production.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, packing, and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
• Ensure line clearance, proper material usage, and timely completion of production schedules.
• Review and sign BMRs, logbooks, and process documents.
• Train and guide operators and assistants on process handling and compliance requirements.
• Handle deviations, incidents, and change controls in coordination with QA.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry) or equivalent qualification.
• 2–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines (WHO, USFDA, MHRA, etc.).
• Ability to handle equipment like RMG, FBD, compression, coating, and mixing machines.
• Good knowledge of in-process checks and documentation practices.
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in tablet, capsule, or liquid manufacturing units.
• Familiarity with process validation, yield improvement, and compliance audits.
• Exposure to SAP or digital documentation systems will be an added advantage.

Salary:

As per industry standards (commensurate with experience and skills).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,746.12 - ₹33,847.98 per month
