Job Description

As a Manufacturing Chemist for skincare cosmetics, your main role will be to utilize your knowledge of advanced ingredients to produce quality products that meet regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Operating and maintaining production equipment - Documenting processes such as filling BMR/BPR - Knowledge of basic cGMP - Maintaining daily logs of the process area - Knowledge of ingredients used in Cream, Shampoo, Serum, Scrub, Mask, Face Wash - Ensuring Manufacturing/Packing as per SOP/BMR - Calibration of weighing balance before starting manufacturing/packing - Bulk Manufacturing for color cosmetics products - Following all instructions given by management - Data keeping for equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and other activities - Proper cleaning and labeling of equipment, machines, and tanks - Receipt of production plan in advance - Overseeing compounding and batch making - Troubleshooting problems with formulas and batches - Improving upon existing formulas and methodology In addition to the key responsibilities mentioned above, you should have at least 1 year of work experience in a similar role. The work location for this full-time, permanent position is in person with a day shift schedule and a yearly bonus.
