Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Chemist to join our team at Indllina Pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Conduct experiments and tests to optimize chemical reactions and product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products.
Analyze data and troubleshoot issues to improve manufacturing operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
Proven experience in manufacturing chemistry, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of chemical principles and laboratory techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
