Manual Tester (Tosca + UI Testing)

Job Description

Work Setup: Remote Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester with strong experience in User Interface testing of React-based applications, specifically within the Retail domain. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of retail business processes and hands-on experience validating complex UI workflows. Experience with test automation tools, particularly Tosca, is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual functional testing of web applications with a focus on React-based user interfaces. Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements. Validate retail domain-specific workflows such as POS, inventory, pricing, promotions, and customer management. Identify, report, and track defects using defect management tools. Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and UX teams to ensure the quality and usability of the application. Participate in requirement analysis and provide input on testability and UI design improvements. Conduct cross-browser and responsive design testing to ensure consistent user experience. Support test automation efforts; experience with Tosca is desirable. Assist in regression testing and support production releases. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 6 years of manual testing experience with a strong focus on UI testing. Hands-on experience testing React-based web applications. Good understanding of Retail domain concepts and workflows. Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to write clear and concise test documentation.
