Manual Tester

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Freelance Manual Tester to thoroughly test two ERP systems and one mobile application. You will be responsible for identifying bugs, documenting issues, and ensuring the platforms meet functional and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review and analyze system specifications, business requirements, and user stories.

· Execute test cases (manual) and analyze results.

· Identify, report, and track bugs using a standard bug tracking tool.

· Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand features and resolve issues.

· Perform regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

· Test across multiple platforms, including web-based ERPs and Android/iOS mobile applications.

· Document comprehensive test reports and maintain test case libraries.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Proven experience in manual testing of ERP systems and mobile applications.

· Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

· Basic knowledge of MongoDB database.

· Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

· Familiarity with Android/iOS environments for mobile testing.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

· Experience with API testing (Postman or similar tools).

· Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.

Project Details:

Eduvy is an online digital education system that acts as a bridge between institutions and students. We have an Institution ERP for the colleges to manage their data into a single place, including admissions, staffs, courses, batches, fee payments, etc. Then we also have a Super admin ERP for our purpose to check and manage the students and the institutions. Apart from the ERPs we also have a Mobile application for the students to help them for taking admission, paying fees, managing their timetable, and more.
