As the Manual fraud investigations Lead for Trust at Airbnb, you will play a crucial role in analyzing fraud trends, developing strategies to minimize fraud, and supervising a team of investigators. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the team of investigators to analyze fraud trends and implement proactive measures to minimize fraud. - Support Fraud Investigators in enhancing their analytical skills, providing training, and collaborating on individual cases involving suspicious activities. - Oversee the growth of team members by defining specific objectives and offering regular feedback for their development. - Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate policies and strategies for fraud detection and prevention to ensure platform integrity. - Analyze data to identify patterns of potential fraudulent activity and conduct thorough investigations on flagged accounts. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of post-graduate experience in operations/process improvement. - Strong stakeholder management skills. - Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. - Intermediate understanding of data, metrics, and analysis. - Proficiency in storytelling and PowerPoint skills. - Experience in facilitating ideation/problem-solving workshops with relevant stakeholders.
