Roles and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns. Handle inbound/outbound calls with a focus on providing timely resolutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively address complex issues and escalate when necessary. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and improve overall performance. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in BPO/call center environment or related field (customer care, voice processing). Strong proficiency in speaking Manipuri language. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat. Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts as per business requirements.
