Job Description

Requirement:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the supply chain domain.

At least 1 years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS.

Functional expertise in warehouse operations, distribution, and third-party logistics (3PL).

Strong experience with Manhattan Active WMS configuration, implementation, and ongoing support.

Experience in driving process improvements based on gap analysis between current practices and system capabilities.

Work closely with distribution and 3PL operations teams to ensure smooth warehouse management system functionality.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring minimal disruption to DC operations.

Provide support for Distribution Centres operating in both EST and PST time zones.

Ability to effectively interface and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and documentation skills.
