Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and committed Managing Trustee to lead and oversee the operational and strategic functions of the organization. This role involves planning and executing development projects, fostering and managing partnerships, driving fundraising efforts, and communicating progress with key stakeholders. The Managing Trustee will play a crucial role in ensuring the sustainable growth and long-term impact of our initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the day-to-day operations of the organization • Plan, implement, and monitor social welfare projects • Develop and manage partnerships with individuals, corporates, and institutions • Drive fundraising strategies and secure resources for organizational growth • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and donors • Oversee team leadership, coordination, and development • Contribute to strategic planning and long-term vision of the organization Qualifications: • Proven experience in Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Fundraising • Strong leadership and team management skills • Expertise in Partnership Development, Networking, and Stakeholder Engagement • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects independently • Prior experience in the non-profit or social work sector is an advantage • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field Contact: Justin Phone: +91 98946 33551 Show more Show less
