Role Description

We are seeking a Managing Editor - Digital for a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi. This role involves leading all aspects related to content management on digital platforms, overseeing editorial planning and execution, developing and implementing innovative content strategies, and managing a team of writers and editors. The candidate will ensure alignment of content with the company’s vision and target audience while upholding the highest quality standards for digital publications. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments, analyzing digital metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of content.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Content Management and Content Strategy development
• Strong expertise in Editorial processes and managing publications
• Exceptional Writing skills and proficiency in crafting engaging content
• Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality Publications and manage content calendars
• Leadership, team management, and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in analyzing digital performance metrics
• Solid understanding of digital publishing platforms and trends
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a relevant field
• Experience in business or entrepreneurial media is an added advantage
