Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for a Senior Social Media Manager. The role involves creating, implementing, and optimizing social media strategies to increase brand engagement and reach. Responsibilities include overseeing social media campaigns, managing content schedules, optimizing platforms for maximum visibility, collaborating with the content and marketing teams, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on social media trends to enhance the company’s online presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing to craft compelling social content
• Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategy
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics for performance evaluation
• Proven expertise in brand growth via social platforms
• 5+ years of experience in social media management or a related field
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
