Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy:

  Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for internal AI technology initiatives tailored to Tax, Audit, and Advisory functions. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives while fostering innovation.

• AI Technology Expertise:

  Provide deep expertise in AI agents and associated technologies, including their design, deployment, and optimization within internal processes. Stay current on AI tech stacks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, and cloud AI platforms to ensure solutions leverage cutting-edge technologies.

• AI Product Management:

  Oversee the entire life cycle of AI products from ideation to deployment and maintenance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing service delivery.

• Project Management:

  Plan, execute, and deliver AI projects within defined scope, timelines, and budgets. Adapt and apply agile project management methodologies suitable for AI initiatives, managing multiple projects and prioritizing resources effectively.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  Build and nurture strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Tax, Audit, Advisory teams, IT departments, and senior leadership. Conduct pre-engagement to understand needs and align AI initiatives with business objectives.

• Domain-specific AI Pillar Management:

  Lead AI solutions development for Tax to improve compliance and accuracy; integrate AI into audit processes for enhanced risk assessment and data analysis; and spearhead AI projects that provide insightful data-driven advisory services.

• Implementation and Optimization:

  Own the final delivery stages, ensuring successful integration of AI solutions with existing systems. Monitor performance post-implementation, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements.

• Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  Ensure AI initiatives comply with all relevant regulations and quality standards. Implement robust QA processes to maintain excellence across projects.

• Continuous Learning:

  Stay updated with emerging AI trends, technologies, and best practices. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team, encouraging adoption of innovative technologies and methods.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or related fields; Masters degree or MBA preferred.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), AI/ML technologies, or AI product management are a plus.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in AI project management, AI product management, technology consulting, or a related professional services environment.
• Proven success leading large-scale internal AI initiatives in Tax, Audit, or Advisory services from inception to implementation.
• Demonstrated expertise managing AI products and familiarity with the latest AI technology stacks.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating diverse teams.
• Advanced technical knowledge of AI, including AI agents, machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), data analytics, and cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, Google AI).
• Expertise in AI product and project management, including lifecycle management, roadmap development, and go-to-market strategies.
• Exceptional project planning, execution, risk management, and resource allocation skills tailored to AI projects.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable AI initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and innovate solutions.
