Job Description

Role Overview: As a Managing Consultant and Chargeback subject matter expert in the Advisors & Consulting Services group specialized in Strategy & Transformation, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on chargeback focused engagements. Your responsibilities will include scoping, leading, and advising on client engagements, partnering with the Business Development team to pitch engagements utilizing Mastercard data and consulting knowledge, enabling centralized training and knowledge management, and leading engagement teams to deliver high-quality insights and project outcomes. You will be expected to provide subject matter expertise, industry insights, and guidance to drive client value through business-focused solutions and recommendations. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted client business advisor and lead chargeback focused client engagements - Partner with the Business Development team to develop and pitch engagements leveraging Mastercard data and consulting knowledge - Enable centralized training and knowledge management within the organization - Lead engagement teams to deliver best in class insights and project outcomes - Provide subject matter expertise and industry insights to identify creative and efficient solutions - Own mid- to senior-level client relationships and actively engage in client agenda and relationship risks - Inspire client confidence through specialized knowledge and timely execution - Provide on-the-job training to team members on effective execution of chargeback projects Qualifications: - Undergraduate or masters degree - Knowledge of Chargeback products, value chain, and ecosystem in Issuing and Acquiring environments - Additional experience in adjacent areas is a plus - Prior experience in a consulting organization as a consultant is a bonus - Experience in directly managing multiple people across multiple projects - Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to develop relationships with mid- and executive-level client contacts - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Eligibility to work in the country of application and travel as required (Note: No additional details of the company mentioned in the job description.),
