Job Description

As a Managing Consultant and Chargeback subject matter expert within the Advisors & Consulting Services group of Mastercard, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on chargeback focused engagements. Your responsibilities will include partnering with the Business Development team to pitch and develop engagements that utilize Mastercard data and consulting knowledge in the Chargebacks space. You will also lead engagement teams, providing subject matter expertise, industry insights, and guiding the team towards delivering valuable solutions and recommendations to clients. Your core competencies will be essential in this role. You will actively seek responsibility and take pride in guiding project teams towards delivering high-quality results. Your subject matter expertise in Chargebacks will be pivotal in supporting sales efforts, demonstrating consulting capabilities, and assisting in product development. Problem-solving skills, analytic excellence, project management capabilities, client management, effective communication, teamwork, commercial orientation, leadership qualities, integrity, and diverse perspectives are all valued competencies that you will bring to the table. Qualifications for this role include an undergraduate or masters degree, knowledge of Chargeback products, prior experience in consulting, and experience in managing multiple people across projects. Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, effective communication in English, relationship-building abilities with clients, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment are also essential requirements. In addition to your responsibilities, you will be expected to adhere to Mastercard's security policies and practices, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information accessed. Reporting any suspected security violations, breaches, and completing mandatory security trainings are crucial aspects of your corporate security responsibility.
