Telesales Leader

Experience:

What youll do:

Drive telesales revenue across our core healthcare categories
Manage and coach a team of agents and TLs to meet conversion and quality targets
Collaborate across product, marketing & ops to drive business outcomes
Ensure great customer experience with strong compliance
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, tech, and fulfillment teams.
Contribute to hiring, training, and performance coaching of telesales agents.

What were looking for:

Proven B2C telesales experience in healthcare, pharma, eCom, insurance, or similar
Passion for team building, growth, and performance tracking
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Graduate; MBA preferred.
48 years of telesales experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Data-driven, with comfort in using dashboards and CRM tools.
