Role & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads generated via digital ads and internal databases. Educate customers about Vedana Wellnesss Ayurvedic pain relief products. Understand customer needs, answer their queries, and offer suitable solutions. Follow up on interested leads and convert them into sales. Maintain daily call logs, customer records, and CRM updates. Achieve daily and weekly calling/sales targets as per the company goals. Coordinate with the sales and support team for smooth delivery and post-sales service. Preferred Candidate Profile: Freshers welcome (training provided). Should have excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi. Confident and polite on calls with good listening ability. Self-motivated with a positive attitude toward targets. Comfortable using smartphones, basic apps like Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales will be an added advantage.
