Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end Record-to-Report process
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Conduct regular financial analysis and reviews
Implement and maintain financial controls and processes
Coordinate with internal and external auditors
Lead, coach, and develop the R2R team
Collaborate with other departments to gather required financial information
Identify areas for process improvements and drive efficiency initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
Minimum of 9 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
Proven experience in managing financial reporting and control processes
Strong understanding of accounting standards and regulations
Experience in leading and developing teams
