QA/AC Manager Sr. Manager (Plant) - Plastic PET BOTTLE Packaging Industry

Location:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and Manage the Quality Team:

    • Oversee a team of 25-30 quality professionals.
    • Provide guidance and training to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  2. Maintain and Improve Management Systems:

    • Maintain and enhance the company's integrated management systems, including ISO 9001, and BRCGS for Packaging.
    • Ensure compliance and readiness for all audits.
  3. Ensure Product Quality:

    • Implement robust quality control processes for all products, from raw material inspection to final product release.
    • Ensure products meet the strict specifications of our customers (FMCG, Food & Beverage, EMS & Pharma).
    • Knowledge of secondary operations like Wadding, Sleeving, and Printing is an advantage
  4. Customer and Supplier Relations:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters with customers and suppliers.
    • Address customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
    • Must have experience handling customer audits.
  5. Promote a Culture of Quality:

    • Drive quality awareness and ownership throughout the organization.
    • Conduct training sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality principles into all processes.
  6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Utilize quality tools to analyze data and identify trends.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports on key quality metrics for senior management.
  7. Compliance with SEDEX:

    • Ensure all ethical and social compliance requirements as per SEDEX standards are met within the quality department's scope.

MIS report send to the top management for daily basis

Documentation, Implementation and maintaining ISO 9001-2015 / ISO :2015 and IATF 16949- 2016 as well as EHS 14001 system version Quality management systems.

Taking corrective and preventive action to in process, final and customer end problems.

Verifying the daily quality reports and testing records...etc

Approval giving to SOP and new RM recipts

Distributes RR to each department head and engineers

Lead Team member and get desirable out put in the production process

Full Responsibility to the Customer Audit and its Nc closure

Co-ordinate with all department system activities

Co-ordinate with NPD activities APQP and PPAP process

Full responsible to System audit and its Nc closing

Training programme and organising as per annual plan

Execute MSA, SPC as per annual plan

Internalaudit , Process and Product audit conducting Periodically

Supplier self-assessment and Its document preparation.

Preparing the PPAP Documentation and get approval from the customer end

MOP preparation for monthly basis

5 S implementation and audit activities

Preparing MRM documentation and conduct periodically

Implementation Kaizen activities and monitoring monthly wise
