The role is primarily responsible for leading and managing Payroll and related compliances,
Budgeting & Forecasting, Manpower Cost management and other related Reports
Payroll Management (Almost 2500+ Staff Employees Pan India Location)
Payroll Compliance Management e.g. PF, ESIC, Income Tax etc
Payroll MIS to Finance, Management
Lead salary input management, Payroll reconciliation, Full & Final settlement and
Clearances using HRMS & Payroll tools
Manage employee data in HRMS & Payroll software
HR Budget/Forecast Preparation and monitoring
Lead Human Resource Budgeting & Manpower Cost Management
Coordinate with Oracle team for Employee cost data and prepare monthly & Annual
actual cost vs planned
Lead Audit related requirements Internal, SOX audit and External Audits
Responsible for managing Employee Master data with accuracy and precision
Provide necessary monthly MIS reports to all concerned stakeholders
Actively respond to Expat queries related to cost and employee queries related to payroll
Participate in automation projects to improve HR performance
Thorough understanding of Compensation & Benefit Trend, Statutory Compliance,
Taxation etc
Strong Analytical Skills
Hands on experience about Payroll Software. Working knowledge of SuccessFactors,
Adrenalin & Oracle will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of industry best practices on Compensation & Benefit Management
12-15 Years
Graduate (from a recognized university. B Com Preferred
MBA/PGDM with a specialization in HR
Business Orientation, Geared for Change, Align to Action, People & Performance
focus, Collaboration & Training
Excellent MS Excel skills, Excellent Time Management skills, Workforce analytics,
Change Readiness, Decision making related to work priorities & deliverables
