Manager/Sr. Manager - Key Account Management - Customer Service

Role Overview: PSA BDP, a member of the PSA Group, is seeking a knowledgeable individual with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Customs operation and customer services. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring SLAs are met, and driving regional customer budgets. Your role will involve monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the relationship of a defined number of customers and prospects - Maintain SLAs with SOPs and conduct monthly performance reviews with customers - Deliver regional and/or country customer budget by maintaining a healthy pipeline and good contractual performance - Monitor Daily Status Reports and ensure KPIs are met - Prepare delay analysis matrix beyond KPI - Manage QBRs & BPR with customers & internal stakeholders - Align Key Account activities with the global/regional sector strategy - Work on regional customer initiatives for implementing the global business plan - Collaborate with BDMs on customer inquiries, account planning, business reviews, etc. - Keep BDMs and executive sponsors updated on business-critical issues - Consult with BDMs and Sector Heads on potential solutions and best practices - Collect relevant customer information for RFI/RFP/RFQ and prepare documents for customer implementation - Achieve Financial Targets by Timely Billing, AR collection with DSO/DPO Delta, and growth in existing customer - Stay updated on the latest Circulars/Notifications and Trade notices on Customs Qualification Required: - Minimum of 15 years of experience in Customer Service and Key Account Management (KAM) - Graduate degree (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the Job Description.),
