6. Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations.
7. Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
8. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
