As an Assistant Manager/Manager Retail Leasing at ANAROCK Property Consultants Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in acquiring an in-depth understanding of the retail supply in your designated geographic territory. Your main responsibilities will include identifying key potential prospects, promoting and selling ANAROCK's core range of services, and streamlining the sales process to achieve maximum revenue. By adopting technology to enhance efficiency, your focus will be on establishing ANAROCK Retail as the preferred brand for Retail Transaction & Advisory. Your role will also involve developing a detailed understanding of clients" business, organizational structure, and operational requirements to effectively promote relevant company services. You will facilitate business development to attract new accounts from local, domestic, and international clients, both from the supply and demand side. Building corporate relationships with key decision-makers and engaging in key account management will be essential. In addition, you will represent ANAROCK professionally at client and industry-specific functions, maximizing networking opportunities and participating in conferences and exhibitions to develop prospects. As a senior sales team member, you will provide coaching and mentoring using value selling principles based on your in-depth knowledge of the retail real estate market. **Key Responsibilities:** - Acquire an in-depth understanding of the Retail supply within the geographic territory - Identify key potential prospects and promote the core range of ANAROCK services - Streamline the sales process to achieve maximum revenue - Develop a detailed understanding of clients" business and operational requirements - Facilitate business development to attract new accounts - Build corporate relationships and engage in key account management - Provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team - Prepare and submit annual and quarterly objectives and forecasts **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in a sales/business development role with sales and gross profit responsibility - Direct B2B solution/consultative selling experience in the service industry/IPCs/RE Developers - Strong relationship building, influencing, and negotiating skills - Excellent time management and project management abilities - Capable of working autonomously and within a team - Ability to research and gather relevant information to support the sales process - Excellent numeric, written, oral communication, and presentation skills Join ANAROCK Property Consultants Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager/Manager Retail Leasing and contribute to establishing ANAROCK Retail as a leading brand in the industry.,
