Manager/Senior Manager - Retail Leasing

As an Assistant Manager/Manager Retail Leasing at ANAROCK Property Consultants Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in acquiring an in-depth understanding of the retail supply in your designated geographic territory. Your main responsibilities will include identifying key potential prospects, promoting and selling ANAROCK's core range of services, and streamlining the sales process to achieve maximum revenue. By adopting technology to enhance efficiency, your focus will be on establishing ANAROCK Retail as the preferred brand for Retail Transaction & Advisory. Your role will also involve developing a detailed understanding of clients" business, organizational structure, and operational requirements to effectively promote relevant company services. You will facilitate business development to attract new accounts from local, domestic, and international clients, both from the supply and demand side. Building corporate relationships with key decision-makers and engaging in key account management will be essential. In addition, you will represent ANAROCK professionally at client and industry-specific functions, maximizing networking opportunities and participating in conferences and exhibitions to develop prospects.
