Design and deliver impactful, up-to-date training content across:
Engage learners with hands-on coding simulations, real-world case studies, and assessments.
Collaborate with business and clinical leaders to identify skill gaps.
Strong knowledge of:
Proven experience with:
LMS deployment & content creation
Training needs analysis & instructional design
Excellent communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution mindset
