Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities with architects, builders, contractors, and consultants
  • Promote and sell aluminium and uPVC faade solutions for residential and commercial construction projects
  • Conduct client meetings and site visits across Bangalore regular travel is a core part of the role
  • Prepare and present compelling sales pitches, product demos, and technical presentations
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the construction ecosystem
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, deliveries, and after-sales support
  • Maintain updated CRM records for sales activities, client data, and market insights

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred
  • Experience: 2-5 years in building materials sales (Aluminium, uPVC, Faade, etc.)
  • Freshers with relevant technical education and excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Must own a 2-wheeler (4-wheeler preferred) for local travel
  • Familiarity with the Bangalore construction market and networks in the architectural and builder community is a strong plus
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
