Develop and implement international sales strategies to grow the business in key global markets.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors, partners, and channel networks.
Drive B2B sales with hospitals, military organizations, emergency services, and government agencies.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements and manage market entry strategies.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
Represent the company at global trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline and relationship management.
Strong professional network with hospitals, military procurement, emergency response units, and distributors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated success in market expansion and strategic partnership development.
Experience with tendering processes and government contracts is an advantage.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally as business demands.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
