**Job Description:** As an individual in Managers Control Self-Assessment (MCA) at the company, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive MCA program to improve the identification and remediation of significant control issues and operational risk events in a timely manner. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the control activities of the MCA program, assisting in the annual/semi-annual/quarterly/monthly attestation, quality oversight, and related reporting. - Identify, analyze, and assess potential risks to ensure timely remediation of control issues and operational events. - Assist in executing the MCA in accordance with the ORM Policy & Framework, as well as relevant Policies, Standards, and Procedures. - Develop and maintain ORM tools and methodologies for accurate risk and control assessments. - Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of risk and controls, recommending enhancements as necessary. - Maintain a robust tracking and reporting MCA inventory, including key metrics to provide visibility on control gaps and quality control processes. - Drive MCA best practices, transformation, and execution consistency across business/functions. **Qualifications:** - 10+ years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry. - Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls. - Strong knowledge in developing and executing controls. - Proven experience in implementing sustainable solutions and improving processes. - Understanding of compliance laws, rules, regulations, and best practices. - Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex risk and control activities. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, engaging at the senior management level. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
