As a Manager/Head of Marketing & Admissions at DBS Global University, you will play a crucial role in leading the marketing and admissions function in India. Your responsibilities will include: - Strategic Marketing & Admissions: - Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract quality students nationwide. - Plan and oversee campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and outreach activities to enhance brand visibility. - Admissions & Enrolment: - Drive end-to-end admissions cycle including lead generation, counseling, conversions, and final enrolments. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth admissions processes aligned with university policies. - Relationship Management: - Build and nurture strong relationships with top schools, universities, educational consultants, and corporate partners. - Represent the university at national-level education fairs, conferences, and events. - Team Leadership & Execution: - Mentor and lead a team of marketing and admissions professionals to achieve student enrolment goals. - Monitor KPIs, analyze data trends, and provide regular performance reports to leadership. Qualifications Required: - Education: MBA (Marketing/Business Development or equivalent) from a reputed institute (mandatory). - Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in marketing and admissions roles within higher education or related sectors.
