Manager/Asst. Manager - Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Drive lead generation through organic and paid channels
• Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility
• Handle social media marketing (strategy, calendar, execution & performance tracking)
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and prepare campaign reports
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, and video editors to produce engaging content
• Plan and execute email marketing and marketing automation workflows
• Collaborate with the sales and counselling teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably in education or services industry)
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization
• Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and basic WordPress
• Knowledge of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, and technical)
• Good communication skills and a data-driven mindset

Preferred:

• Experience in the study abroad/edtech/education sector
• Video marketing and YouTube SEO knowledge
• Google & Meta certifications
